Christine's Weekly Classes
Wednesdays 5.45 – 7.15 pm
Each class is a creative incorporation of classical hatha yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Although the body of each class is founded in yoga, as I have studied and practised many ways of the healing arts e.g. Feldenkrais inspired movements, holistic massage, psychotherapeutic counselling, living dance and chanting, aspects of these practises help inform the creation of each class. This brings a rich and unique combination of strengthening and softening, the masculine and the feminine, flow and intention, discipline and surrender to the style. All students are encouraged to tune into their own needs, working at their own level, beginners and experienced. Read the Testimonial. About the Teacher.
Debbie's Weekly Classes
Fridays 9:30am - 11:00am
Tuesdays 5:45pm - 7:15pm
I like to create an atmosphere of calm and peacefulness where I structure each class with a relaxation at the beginning to bring my students into the present moment and to help them feel a connection to their body and breath. I then move into Yoga asanas (postures) which helps with alignment, posture and core strength. I complete my class with 10 minutes meditation and pranayama (breathing) and 10 minutes relaxation. I structure my classes to suit all levels from beginners to very experienced students. About the Teacher.

Hatha yoga may be taught many forms, Gita Yoga is but one of them. Designed to balance the endocrine glands (and corresponding Chakras) cleansing yourself from within naturally. I believe yoga can change the way you see yourself, your health and your mind. What we give, is what we receive – giving the gift of yoga to yourself is transformational on many levels.
