A range of classes including a beginners class are offered by experienced and qualified teachers who have developed the practices in unique and powerful ways, each offering their own expression of the work. For this reason we recommended that you explore the different classes until you find one that suits your needs.

Beginners are welcome to join any of our Beginners / General Yoga Classes throughout the week.

Class Fees:

  • Prepaid: $130 for 10 week block (concession $110)
  • Casual: $16 per class (concession $13)
  • 1 Hr class: $12 per class (concession $10)

  • Sunday monthly chanting $10 Held at Eshed yoga Fremantle

 What to bring to your Yoga class:

  • Comfortable light clothing.
  • Your own yoga mat if you feel to (there are also yoga mats provided).
  • A clean body, especially the feet in summer please.
  • No perfumes in case of allergies.
  • A water bottle in summer.
  • Come with a ‘somewhat’ empty stomach.
Beginners/General Yoga Classes
Cost: $13 per class for ten weeks / $11 concessions

Christine's Weekly Classes
Wednesdays 5.45 – 7.15 pm
Each class is a creative incorporation of classical hatha yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Although the body of each class is founded in yoga, as I have studied and practised many ways of the healing arts e.g. Feldenkrais inspired movements, holistic massage, psychotherapeutic counselling, living dance and chanting, aspects of these practises help inform the creation of each class. This brings a rich and unique combination of strengthening and softening, the masculine and the feminine, flow and intention, discipline and surrender to the style. Laura's Weekly Classes
Mondays 7:15– 8:15pm
Hatha yoga may be taught many forms, Gita Yoga is but one of them. Designed to balance the endocrine glands (and corresponding Chakras) cleansing yourself from within naturally. I believe yoga can change the way you see yourself, your health and your mind. What we give, is what we receive – giving the gift of yoga to yourself is transformational on many levels. Thursdays 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Kundalini Yoga – the Yoga of Consciousness. Each dynamic class a different kriya with a specific effect. Postures, movements, mantra, deep relaxation, singing, meditation. No special fitness/flexibility necessary.
Last date of this course 2nd Feb. Late entry possible.

Christine's Intermediate Yoga Classes
Friday's 5:45 – 7.00am

This class is geared towards the East welcoming in the new day. Here in a more classically styled class we work with postures, pranayama, meditation and chanting.

The most common benefits of this class are;
A natural sense of well being and energy from a rebalancing within the body and mind.
A shift towards self awareness,self acceptance, compassion and living in integrity.
